Payments and deposits
If you are paying the deposit and or balance from a bank outside of the EU or in a currency other than sterling, you MUST ensure all bank fees are paid at your end. Any costs incurred will be chargeable and you will be invoiced accordingly for any outstanding amounts which must be paid in full to secure the bookings.
· In the event of you cancelling your booking your deposit is non- refundable.
· To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit will be asked of you. Only when this payment clears will we confirm your booking.
· 2 weeks before your arrival you will receive an email with your invoice for the outstanding balance along with your Resort Pack.
· This is to paid in full before your booking, either bank transfer or cash in resort if the nanny is in agreement.
· If you would prefer to pay in £sterling the exchange rate will be based on the rate of the day the invoice is sent to you, using https:/www.xe.com/currency converter/
· Any last minute, flexible hours will be added to your booking daily and should be paid on the last day at the latest.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation
· If you cancel your booking your deposit will not be able to be refunded.
· If your child becomes unwell and can no longer be looked after. We will be unable to offer a refund
· If your nanny becomes unwell, we will try to replace them. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund for the days missed. We will always try to find cover for a sick nanny but during busy periods this may not be possible. For any losses incurred, an invoice can be issued for you to claim from your Insurance.
· If a cancellation is made 4 weeks or less to your booking a payment in full will still be due to the nanny, a full invoice can be sent so you can claim from your insurance.
Recommendations
· Offer a daily 5 euros kitty for extra activities such as hot chocolate, crepe trips etc.
· Please make sure the hotel/ chalet staff are aware that the nanny will need access and a key so there are no security issues.
